For this project, I developed a packaging system by applying branding principles to three Sir Sly albums, systematizing their covers into a unified brand. The system emphasizes the importance of process and serves as a means of refining the approach to all future projects. It began with a thorough understanding of the core ideas behind each album, followed by the creation of quick sketches that were then refined until a cohesive system was developed. Once the system was in place, it was deconstructed and applied to various mediums, ranging from shirts to motion graphics. My goal was to ensure brand compatibility and recognition across all platforms, while also allowing for design creativity.
